Mr. Vanore is the director of the Guidance Department and a graduate of the Class of 1978. He attained a master's degree from Southwestern University, and also has degrees from Bryant College and Monmouth University[1]. In addition to serving as a guidance counselor, he has been very active in the alumni program. His sons graduated in the Class of 2009 and the Class of 2012. In the 2003 yearbook (Exemplar 38), he wrote that the release of Bruce Springsteen's Darkness on the Edge of Town was a memorable event when he was a student; he has also met the Monmouth County-born rock star.
He was inducted into the Hall of Fame for his athletic achievements in 2012.
